Behind every home is a story. We make sure the architecture tells it right.
Central Architecture is a Miami-based boutique firm specializing in high-end residential design. Every project is a collaboration — shaped by your vision and executed with precision, care, and direct Principal involvement.
Francesco Palumbo founded Central Architecture on a simple principle: great residential design requires direct involvement.
Francesco holds a degree in Architecture from Universidad Central de Venezuela and trained at Blitstein Design Associates before founding Central. His work spans Belle Meade, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, the Design District, Pinecrest, and Key Biscayne.

We start with a direct conversation, understanding your vision, goals, site, and budget before anything else.
Francesco develops the concept personally, refining it with you at every stage until it's exactly right.
We handle the full technical process — drawings, engineering coordination, and city permitting — end-to-end.
We stay involved through the build to make sure every detail is executed as designed.
